Kimberly Neely leads our practice as a Nurse Practitioner, Certified Wound Specialist, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Safety Director. With 27 years in advanced practice and over two decades in focused wound care, she has treated complex ulcers, diabetes related wounds, and post surgical complications in hospitals, long term acute care, skilled nursing, and rehab facilities. Her Vanderbilt training in Adult Acute Critical Care and Geriatrics, combined with her work alongside Dr. Matthew Pompeo, supports precise wound decisions and thoughtful regenerative peptide planning for every patient.
