Diabetic Care

Our Diabetic Care And Education program is designed for individuals who want clear, medically sound guidance rather than fragmented advice. We combine in-depth teaching, practical nutrition planning, and foot-focused surveillance to lower the risks that make diabetes so dangerous.

We begin with an assessment of your current control, complications, lifestyle, and medications. From there, we design a realistic nutrition strategy centered on low-carbohydrate, adequate protein, and healthy fats to improve insulin sensitivity and stabilize blood glucose. This can support partial or significant improvement in type 2 diabetes for many patients, especially when implemented early and consistently.

We emphasize prevention of diabetic foot complications. Regular foot examinations, education on daily self-checks, and guidance on footwear and skin care help reduce the likelihood of ulcers, abscesses, and tissue loss. We discuss warning signs of serious infections, including Fournier's gangrene, so problems are addressed early rather than at the emergency stage.

Beyond the feet, we review risks related to kidneys, eyes, cardiovascular health, and mental wellbeing, and we help you understand how your numbers translate into long-term risk. When appropriate, we coordinate with your primary care clinician or endocrinologist.

Our goal is to give you and your caregivers practical tools that fit daily life, so you can protect yourself from amputations, kidney failure, and vision loss instead of learning about these complications after they occur.
